  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    Ah the age old question of time... The average waiting time is around 3 - 4 weeks for a custom order based from a design from the main shop. If the item is clearly marked as a one off and pre sized it is just a matter of shipping it to you. So if your in the UK expect your order to arrive in 3-5 working days. (Europe 5-14, USA & Canada 14-25) If its a fully custom order then we will work out arangements and get you added in the diary asap, depending on the complication of the work a min waiting time of 6 - 8 weeks. Your buying more than just a piece of jewellery and your patience with orders is so appreciated!
  • How do I know my ring size?
    Follow these simple steps: 1. Head over to the Shop and order our ring gauge. (£1.50, Free P&P, UK Only) 2. Follow this image and get back to us. (Make sure the ring fits well, tripple check the size. Make sure your hands arent too warm.)
  • I live outside your allocated postal area but everything is so damn rad - how do I order?
    We do actually ship worldwide, we just don't offer it from the get go because of the style of presets on the site. There are just so many variables to postage cost, so best to just set up a custom order - agree on price and set up a payment via the site / paypal. Don't hesitate to get in touch no matter where you're located or what your query is!
  • How long is the turn around time on Postal Kits?
    The postal kits for now will be processed within 14 working days on recipt of the recipt of the returned kit. When orders get busy we will email everyone and alocate a few casting days of each month so orders will be group proccessed. We'll make sure the website instructions and slips that will go in the boxes are always as up to date and cleerly instructed. Any questions though do just drop us an email on the contact us page!
  • Returns
    We pride ourselves in satisfying our customers, so In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order please don’t hesitate to contact us. Each piece of Dead Craft jewellery is made to order, therefore we cannot offer a refund or return on a custom piece unless it is found to be faulty. In certain circumstances we may be able to offer an exchange for another piece. Upon receipt of items, the Paypal account, credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges. We will process your refund within 3 working days of receipt. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account. ​We will also not accept returns on any worn jewellery that has been damaged during wear.
  • Jewellery Care
    All our jewellery is made from solid Sterling Silver and or Gold / Other non tarnishing alloys so you will not lose any colour over time. Silver will naturally tarnish with dents and wear. It is true that 2-4% of people have a skin chemistry that causes sterling silver alloys to turn their skin green, black, or grey as well as produce a dark tarnish on the jewellery itself. If you fall into this category, regularly polishing should stop this occurring.
  • Resizing and Repairs
    Yes - however only if you have purchased our ring sizer for your order. All other re sizes will cost £25. Please get in touch for any additional queries from the contact form.
