Each piece of Dead Craft jewellery is made to order, therefore we cannot offer a refund or return on a custom piece unless it is found to be faulty.

In certain circumstances we may be able to offer an exchange for another piece.

Due to the handmade nature each product is unique to some level.

The product you recive may differ in slight variations to that of the photos shown on the website.  

All items are hand made to order, once your purchase is completed your item will be added to our work load and we will contact you with a current lead time. 

Generally unless otherwise stated in busy times the turnaround to finished product is about 3-4 weeks after payment with shipping to the UK taking 3-5 Days ontop. 

Orders outside of the UK will vary - You will recive a email notification to discuss times and postage.
